The full-resolution WebP includes print-safe margins and should be downloaded by an adult professional. Read the guidance below before using the page.

How to use it

  1. Add current school, work, care, health, and life demands that you want to track.
  2. Estimate urgency, effort, energy, and barriers without grading your worth.
  3. Choose what to do, delay, reduce, delegate, clarify, or request support with.
  4. Protect breaks and revise the plan when circumstances change.

Reflection prompts

  • Which barriers require accommodation or adult action?
  • What can be reduced rather than managed more efficiently?
  • Who could help clarify priorities or expectations?

Facilitator guidance

Attend to disability, language, caregiving, finances, discrimination, school policy, and other systemic factors. Do not use the planner to reinforce overwork, attendance pressure, or productivity as self-worth.

Adaptations & accessibility

  • Use an energy-based rather than time-based plan.
  • Add accommodation, transportation, care, and recovery fields.
  • Complete collaboratively with school support only with appropriate consent and privacy.

Professional-use review

Standard licensed-clinician, educational-accessibility, privacy, and safeguarding review required before use.

This clinician-created resource is published for professional evaluation. Before client use, the treating clinician or other qualified adult must determine whether it is appropriate and complete every specialist, accessibility, safeguarding, and local-policy review named above. Publication does not represent individualized clinical approval.
