Use this only for internal reminders. The tool does not determine legal deadlines, license renewals, tax dates, payer dates, contract notice dates, client follow-ups, or how often a source is sufficient to review. Verify those obligations separately.

Preparation and review reminders
ReviewBegin preparationReview date

Each occurrence is calculated from the original verified date. Month-end dates clamp to the final day of the target month without drifting future occurrences.

What the dates mean

“Begin preparation” is simply the number of calendar days you chose before each review. The schedule does not adjust for weekends, holidays, agency closures, grace periods, effective dates, or external change alerts. Save the authoritative due date and its source separately whenever an official obligation applies.

Validation record

Formula 1.0.0. Automated fixtures cover ordinary quarterly dates, end-of-month clamping, leap years, year boundaries, preparation across months, integer and date validation, upper-horizon rejection, increasing dates, exact row counts, and timezone-independent ISO output.
