Full-resolution WebP artwork with print-safe margins. Review the guidance below before use.

How to use it

  1. Choose a face card and notice any clues that stand out to you.
  2. Match it with one or more feeling words, or leave it unmatched.
  3. Share your reason if you want; another person may make a different match.

Reflection prompts

  • Which cards could have more than one match?
  • What information besides a face could help you understand someone?
  • How could you check instead of guessing?

Facilitator guidance

Use the cards for matching, sorting, storytelling, or charades. Emphasize that appearance alone does not prove what another person feels.

Adaptations & accessibility

  • Reduce the number of cards or offer two choices at a time.
  • Pair each word with a symbol, translation, or AAC selection.
  • Allow cooperative play without scores.
