Editorial policy
Evidence should be visible before advice feels certain.
This policy explains how the Hub chooses work, separates evidence levels, handles consequential claims, and preserves a correction path.
Core principles
Education first. Limits in the open.
Serve the owner’s decision
Start with a real task, pressure, or handoff—not a keyword opportunity or vendor pitch.
Name the evidence
Distinguish primary documentation, public review context, editorial judgment, and hands-on testing.
Reduce overclaiming
Pricing, ratings, security claims, and regulatory conclusions are bounded by date, source, and scope.
Leave a route to correction
Material changes are reviewed, dated, and reflected in dependent pages.
What review means in practice
Three different questions need three different reviewers.
These are work roles, not badges or certifications.
Current technology boundary: Public profiles have documentation and outside-review context. Hands-on trial and exact-contract checks remain open unless a profile explicitly says otherwise.
Review ownership
Every public claim needs an owner and a reopen date.
Last reviewed August 4, 2026 · next scheduled technology review November 4, 2026.
Human review matrix
Who must review what.
A content label never substitutes for professional judgment.
Vendor and commercial independence
No paid placement. No affiliate ranking.
Technology pages may link to official vendor sites and independent review platforms so readers can inspect current evidence. The Hub does not accept payment for placement, does not sell listed products, and does not treat a public rating as a recommendation.
When Ludara offers paid implementation support, that relationship is disclosed in a distinct Ludara-branded callout after the educational material. Consulting visibility does not determine editorial inclusion or ordering.
Updates, corrections, and archived decisions
Material pages show review dates. Source changes, pricing changes, corrected claims, and altered recommendations are reviewed before dependent content is republished. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly and material revisions are recorded in Research Updates.
